Welcome to Movement Collective. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of our website at movementcollectivestudio.com (the "Site"), operated by Movement Collective, LLC ("Movement Collective," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Use of the Site

We grant you permission to use the Site for your personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and not to disrupt, damage, or interfere with the Site, or to access it using automated means (such as scraping) without our written permission.

Intellectual Property

The Site and its content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and the Movement Collective name and marks, are owned by Movement Collective or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

Enrollment, Classes & Payments

Class registration, scheduling, and payments are provided through our third-party booking platform, Momence. When you register or pay for a class, you do so subject to Momence's own terms and policies as well as our studio policies, including any enrollment, cancellation, and refund policies.

Class offerings, schedules, faculty, and prices shown on the Site are for convenience and may change. The information in Momence at the time of booking controls. Enrollment is not confirmed until you complete registration through Momence and receive confirmation.

Participation & Assumption of Risk

Ballet and movement are physical activities that carry inherent risks of injury. You are responsible for ensuring that you or your dancer are healthy enough to participate, and we encourage you to consult a physician before beginning any physical program. Participation is at your own risk. A separate liability release and enrollment agreement governs participation in our classes and programs.

Testimonials

Any testimonials, reviews, or student experiences shared on the Site reflect the individual experiences of those people and are provided for informational purposes. They are not a guarantee that you or your dancer will achieve the same results. Individual results vary.

Accounts

If we offer account or login features in the future, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information on the Site.
