By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or that you are using it under the supervision of a parent or guardian.

Class registration, scheduling, and payments are provided through our third-party booking platform, Momence. When you register or pay for a class, you do so subject to Momence's own terms and policies as well as our studio policies, including any enrollment, cancellation, and refund policies.
Class offerings, schedules, faculty, and prices shown on the Site are for convenience and may change. The information in Momence at the time of booking controls. Enrollment is not confirmed until you complete registration through Momence and receive confirmation.
Ballet and movement are physical activities that carry inherent risks of injury. You are responsible for ensuring that you or your dancer are healthy enough to participate, and we encourage you to consult a physician before beginning any physical program. Participation is at your own risk. A separate liability release and enrollment agreement governs participation in our classes and programs.
Any testimonials, reviews, or student experiences shared on the Site reflect the individual experiences of those people and are provided for informational purposes. They are not a guarantee that you or your dancer will achieve the same results. Individual results vary.
If we offer account or login features in the future, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
The Site may link to or rely on third-party websites and services, such as Momence, Instagram, and Google Maps. We do not control these services and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices. Your use of them is at your own risk and subject to their terms.
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, and we do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of information on the Site. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Mecklenburg County, North Carolina.
If any part of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest will remain in effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, are the entire agreement between you and Movement Collective regarding the Site.
