Class registration and payments are handled by our booking provider, Momence. When you book or register through Momence, your information is also handled under Momence's own privacy policy.
When you contact us through the Site (for example, our contact form), we collect the details you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, and the contents of your message.
If you enroll a dancer, you may provide additional information to us or through our booking provider, such as the dancer's name and age, a parent or guardian's contact details, emergency contact information, and any health or medical notes you choose to share so we can support safe participation.

Class purchases and registrations are processed by our booking provider, Momence, and its payment processors. We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers. Your payment information is handled under the terms and privacy practices of Momence and its processors.
Our programs serve children, but this Site is directed to parents and guardians, not to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children under 13. When information about a child is provided, we expect it to be provided by a parent or guardian for the purpose of enrollment and safe participation. If you believe a child has provided us information directly, please contact us and we will delete it.
From time to time we may photograph or record classes, performances, and studio events for marketing and social media. If you would prefer that you or your dancer not be featured, let us know at office@movementcollectivestudio.com. Specific media consent is addressed in your enrollment agreement.
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information. We do not sell or share your personal information for money. To make a request, email us at office@movementcollectivestudio.com. We will not discriminate against you for exercising these rights.
